Kaveh is the founding partner at Lakida™ LLC. Previously he was the leader of Heidrick and Struggles Leadership and Executive Coaching practice in North America. He is a “coach of coaches,” and over the course of his distinguished four-decade career, Kaveh has focused on working with leaders to make transformational and creative changes in the organizations they lead. He has a unique talent to create significant insights through reflective thinking, presence and disciplined follow through. He moves past words to detect root issues and signals that lead to the understanding of underutilized strengths and interference with optimal performance, focusing on deeper leadership issues. He founded and created the intellectual property for the Rutgers University and American University coaching certification programs.

Kaveh is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He holds his MBA from Boston College, Chestnut, Hill, MA, a Master’s in Labor Relations from Cornell, Ithaca, NY, and a BA from Baker University, Baldwin City, KS.
