Today’s leaders face new and unprecedented challenges in the 21st century. This evolution of people’s values and mindsets, both individually and organizationally, demands a different way of thinking.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
RESERO uses the Socratic method with a philosophy that learning happens by doing. Our programs present materials and guide conversations based on the learner energy and experiences in the room.

MY POWERFUL PRESENCE
Outcome: Participants begin journey of being present to the present and begin the process of learning to unlearn.

MY JOURNEY TO UNLEARN
Outcome: Participants learn the power of presence and unlearning so they can learn.

MY UNINVITED GUEST
Outcome: Participants become aware of one’s programmed perceptions, the power of unlearning and relearning; understand the importance of trust and vulnerability.

THE POWER OF EMOTIONS AND VALUES
Outcome: Participants learn to use language and techniques for coaching for emotions and values.

Outcome: Participants learn to coach individuals through new perspectives, reflections and views.

Participants should expect to do six 30-minute coaching sessions along with a 30-minute review with a mentor for each
Final Exam – ICF Core Competencies compliant 30-minute coaching session
ICF-Credentialing:
RESERO is a Level 2 ICF-Accredited Coaching Education program. Graduates will be eligible to apply for credentials from the ICF.
